   First time here and will for sure be back. Excellent drinks, ambiance, music. Staff was very friendly and knew when to check in. The space itself was just gorgeous. Great spot to check out before dinner or to bar hop on a night out

   Had a reservation and waited 40 minutes at our table before we walked out. No one came to us to take our order. Over heard someone at the table beside us talking about how bad the service was as well.

   I recently visited this place and was incredibly disappointed. The music from the DJ was so loud it felt like a nightclub, making it impossible to enjoy conversation. The service was painfully slow, and when we finally got our food, it was nothing special—mediocre at best. The ambiance was surprisingly dull, not at all what I expected based on the photos, which were completely misleading. Overall, a huge letdown.

   The sliders were “chef’s kiss”! So juicy and flavourful and the cocktails were delicious. We went on Valentine’s Day and there was someone performing some R&B songs, she sounded amazing. The playlist before her performance was lit! Loved the decor and ambiance. The staff were great - we were so late and I thought they’d tell us we couldn’t get a table but they said we could still get a table although we’d have to shorten our visit. Totally appreciated the accommodations considering it was Valentine’s Day. I’d definitely go to Rhapsody again.

   Place was loud it was hard to hear my friend across a 2 seat table, cocktails were decent/okay, all servers were so nice and friendly but service was a little bit slow. Food was good.

    I arrived a bit late for my reservation, and the staff member who welcomed me was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Since the restaurant was mostly empty, he showed me my reserved table in the Water Room and kindly let me know that I could choose any other reserved table if the Water Room wasn’t to my liking. I spent some time deciding, and he was even nice enough to dim the lights in the Water Room at my request. In the end, I chose a different table, and he handled it with such professionalism and patience. The service throughout the evening was excellent. Our server asked all the right questions, was attentive without being intrusive, and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was absolutely amazing, with the lamb chops standing out as a true highlight. Every dish was prepared to perfection, and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for great food and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back!
