   I am extremely disappointed that my food arrived cold, the drinks and service took an exceptionally long time. Despite tipping our server generously, she acted as though everything was fine when it clearly was not. Additionally, both burgers we ordered had avocado that was already oxidized, appearing very dark and brown. To top it off, the truffle fries were as cold as ice. This has never been my experience at this restaurant before.

   Beautiful ambience but overpriced for very average food. The waiter was unattended and brought us bottled water opened without asking whether we prefer tap or bottle. It's a cool experience but no need to return. Also there are no cocktails. Only beer and wine.

   Overall nice restaurant but food was ok and overpriced. I had gotten the ribeye steak not knowing they it comes out chop up not worth 60 dollars if I go back It will be down the road no time soon next time might try the hamburger

   Place was absolutely beautiful, we had an awesome hostess . The waiter came I asked was brunch still being served and his answer was if it’s on the menu then yes. I was asked what I wanted to drink and I said what products do you have he said if you’d flip the menu you’d see . Soooo RUDE . So I cut in half what I was going to order and then our food came out the Roasted Chicken sandwich, was cooked way too long very hard . Burger we ordered was amazing and fries . So sad this could have been a better experience, and we could have celebrated our anniversary that was mentioned by hostess but never by the waiter. Shame on him

   Everything including service, ambience, people were all awesome other than the food!!! Unfortunately the salad we got had hair in them!!

    OMG I love the new menu so much, I love coming here with friends today I brought two friends who were visiting from out of town and they were floored by the amazing atmosphere and the ambience and are server. Nivea is the epitome of professional. She made everyone feel so welcomed and comfortable, and I know when I come here with guest that they will be Amazed at this gem that we have in Charlotte. Today I created my own entrée based on something I had at JG rooftop in Beverly Hills, which is caviar fries. They don’t exactly have caviar fries here, but I made my own sharing my picture. Always ask for Nivea.
