The RH Ocean Grill is located on the rooftop of RH Newport Beach, The Gallery at Fashion Island. At the moment, this is OC’s best spot. They’ve got everything running on all cylinders now and I can’t seem to stay away.

RH never disappoints! It was my third time Dining there today and Ri was my waitress the first time I went in as well as today! She recognized me as I walked in and came up to me, greeted me w a nice hello and a big hug! I asked if she would be able to take care of us today, since she did such an incredible job the first time, and luckily for us, she was able to! Ri, and along with the rest of the staff, are all very accommodating and polite. I can’t wait to go in for my fourth time and request for Ri to be my waitress, again! (:

We came here for my birthday and I just have to say when we arrive at 6:45 the tables were ready immediately and our server Phillip was just fantastic. Great recommendation and incredibly friendly. Made our birthday dinner just fabulous. Thanks for the amazing experience Phillip !

I’ve dined at other RH restaurants so I have something to compare it to. The food was fine but it was not a relaxing experience at Newport. It feels like chaos at the top of the stairs with long coffee lines and people standing around - right next to tables. We made a reservation for inside and they only had outside unless we wanted to wait … we waited 15-20 minutes past our reservation to sit inside. The people allowed to walk thru the dining area taking photographs and selfies was ridiculous. Go outside to take photos or take them from the lobby. The experience certainly does not match the service and food.
