   It was our anniversary and we had to bring our little since we lost our sitter. We were sat outside which is fine since they accommodated the add-on person but our food got cold fast as it was pretty cold even with their heaters. We thought we would get a cookie for our anniversary but no cookie! LOL. We got one when we dined in Napa location. My wagyu burger was great loved the truffle fries ! My hubby had lobster roll. He said ocean 48 was better. Great evening overall! Lovely place.

   I was honestly really disappointed in the service we had, food was cold waited over 30 mins for the wine and sauce. Our waiter didn’t feel like it was important to check up on us, and when he did he didn’t assist us properly

   The setting couldn’t be more beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. I love the brand you know and a grilled artichoke and a grilled shrimp.

   Once we were seated, the service & food were excellent. However, why did we need to wait so long when over 50% of the seating was empty? Poorly managed hostesses process! Not the staff, but your policy is not working. So many tables empty while many customers wait? Suggest you limit your reservations and allow walk-ins!

   Its big... pretty view and space but lacking a vibe. No cocktails, wine menu was okay- not great I had the branzino and my friend had the burger - burger was great branzino was a little mushy. Dessert was yummy!!!!

   I’m sorry to leave $10 tip for the server but she should not expected to get any tip. Not pay attention at all. It was a birthday dinner and I regretted to choose your place because of her. the person at food counter (he has long braided hair and no apron) was eating something, touching his face and hair ,and using his cell phone. High end restaurant like RH, need to do train employees.
