   Food was great, however, everyone is sitting in the same big room so other tables/people will be sitting in very close proximity.

   Be prepared for the cost of your experience. The grounds are beautiful but the food is more expensive than it’s worth. I ordered roasted chicken that tasted just like a $5 Costco chicken and my fries were cold. The service however was fantastic. We went once but probably will not return.

   The venue is gorgeous. Reservation for 7 people but sat us at 2 diff tables. Kids ordered sodas at 5$ each and had 1 refill- additional 5 for each refill. It’s a nice place and great to go 1 time but it’s really expensive and not a large group meal venue. You’d be happier at Ruth’s Chris for the price.

   The ambience is lovely and the food is very good. Our service was mediocre and the server was not very attentive. The meal did not start off well in that we had reserved a table for six and were seated at a table for four and a table for two. There’s no way the group would’ve been able to speak without shouting. When brought to their attention, the hostess was adamant that the tables could not be moved. A manager did come over and say certainly we can move the tables. So after a rough start, it did become a better experience.

   The drive in is beautiful. We were surprised there were no holiday decorations anywhere inside or out. Seems like a miss for December. We had a reservation and were sat at arguably the worst table in the restaurant. We sat for 30 minutes before our drinks arrived. The food price vs. the portion size was ridiculous. The shrimp appetizer at $4 per shrimp was just chargrilled shrimp on a plate. No sauce or seasoning. Salmon was dry and had no sauce or seasonings on it. Asparagus side at $2 per piece. Hamburger was delicious. Seven ounce steak was maybe four ounces. Service was slow and inattentive. For a destination restaurant this is a fail.
