   Were not helped for 45 minutes with only 2 other parties in the restaurant. Hour and a half to get a plate of salami.

   We arrived with a reservation and they didn’t have a table for us. They said there was an outdoor table but it 40 degrees outside with no heaters. Went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and was extremely disappointed.

   I have to preface this review and state that I work in a high end dining establishment that caters to concerts and events, so I am extremely understanding and sympathetic to what the restaurant was going through this particular evening. I took a few friends out (First time here) prior to the Justin Timberlake concert. We had a reservation. I had to ask for menus… we were brought 1 for the 4 of us. I had to get up again to ask if we had a server taking care of us. Finally after sitting and being patient for 30 minutes, I got up a third time to ask if there was anyone to take care of us. Drinks came out promptly, however food was extremely sporadic and took a long time. Again, it was a very busy concert night, so I get it. Perhaps this is just a learning experience for the restaurant, management team and staff to have a better understanding of how to handle nights like this. I’m not going to leave a scathing review on a night that was clearly busy and more possibly understaffed. Things happen… it’s just food at the end of the day. People who write mean and nasty reviews are probably mean and nasty in their everyday lives AND have probably never worked in a restaurant. There’s a lot to be said there! Restaurant itself has a nice relaxed decor and great views of DOCO. This was just an off night due to a heavily congested night! Hope that was a learning experience for the team and they come back stronger on the next go around!

   My first time and I was super impressed with the ambiance. Drinks were good and our servers was very accommodating! definitely my type of vibe!

   Peaceful spot for pregame happy hour tapas and drinks. Very convenient to arena and not crowded. The food was good and drinks moderately priced. Service was excellent.

   Service was slow and our entrees did not come out at the same time. My food came out about 10 minutes before my husbands food

   Service seems to be way understaffed. Food was forgotten. Drinks were very slow to arrive. Some odd parts of dishes like large raw broccolini stalks served with the hummus. You can make a reservation for outdoor before 7 but you can’t sit outside until after 7. Not great seating for larger groups that want to eat beyond appetizers.

    I made a reservation, showed up and the place was nearly empty. I was seated at a table - all fine so far - then ignored for more than 10 minutes and saw another table that came in after me receiving service. So I moved to the bar where only 3 people were sitting. And continued to be ignored. After 20 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant and not being acknowledged past the greeting at the door I simply got up and left. And still without any acknowledgment. Clearly my patronage wasn’t of value. So my advice - don’t go as a solo diner.
