   For a restaurant that has only been open for a few weeks, High delivers a standard of cooking and service comparable to Gordon Ramsay's long-established Royal Hospital Road outpost. We particularly liked the personalised written summary of the food and wine we had enjoyed and the rapport created with our fellow diners and the High team. Definitely a restaurant at the top of its game straight out of the box!

   Impeccable and friendly, knowledgeable service. The wines we're both excellent and surprising! The food was stunning. At each new dish we would say, this is my favorite, only to happily revise our decision upon the next stunning course.

   This is clearly a unique experience and well positioned to reach the level of outstanding reputation that Gordon’s 3* hospital road has. The dining room is superbly special with views overlooking the Tower of London and Tower Bridge which are quite outstanding. Being immersed in the chefs kitchen with only 12 diners in total is also a rare and phenomenal experience to see masters of cuisine at work. The food was absolutely worth every penny, my particular favourite was the duck - having eaten at many fine dining/ 3* restaurants and not being a huge fan of duck due to its fat content, this was the best duck dish I have ever eaten in my life. High is absolutely somewhere for a very special occasion, while the menu is in line with many fine dining restaurants, the wine pairings are on the high side if you opt for the more luxury options (£210 for the pairings and £95 for a glass of the finest champagne as an aperitif). Overall an exceptional experience and we will absolutely return for a special occasion in the future.

   Exceptional in every way - food, service, ambience and spectacular view. This was a 60th birthday celebratory meal - and the staff went above and beyond to make the evening extra special. The staff were very attentive and the chefs were incredibly approachable, knowledgeable and interactive. We had the best time! Thanks to all at High.

   The view is amazing. Loved that the table faces the windows. Really loved being able to see the lights of London especially Tower Bridge but also able to see what the chefs were doing behind us. Lovely service. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Food was all very good. Loved it all.

   A real once in a lifetime experience. Extraordinary combination of food, ambience, breathtaking view and wonderful staff. Thank you to everyone involved in this project.
