   The booth we were at was very dirty. Smudged hand prints in the walls and stained cushions. Took an hour at get our food… salads, carpaccio, shrimp and grits, soup and tea service that was forgetten.. then the tea service showed up when the rest of us were done eating. Over priced.. under whelming.. Will not be back!

   Everything was delicious! We enjoyed the vibe and food very much and dessert was fantastic. Our waiter was Ray and he was excellent!

   We had steak frites, oysters, and onion soup. All terrific! Bar service was slow, but waitress explained they were understaffed.

   Excellent service, first and foremost!! I actually had to call y’all to see who our server was because he was excellent, super friendly and great server! Lol. Francisco, you did an awesome job serving us!! Thank you so much! Also, food was great! I had the beef carpaccio, mussels and baguette to start…delicious; my entree: the muffuletta. Super Delicious! The person I was with also loved their food! He had the lavender linguine and I had a bite…yum!!! I definitely recommend!! Beautiful gem!

   Claudine was beautiful and we loved the decor of all the rooms. Food and drink were both lovely and well-priced. Kristen was our server and very kind and attentive. We had a fabulous time and will be back! It was a perfect Friday lunch!

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Claudine is such a hidden gem in San Antonio! Kristen, our server, took great care of us, making the whole experience enjoyable. We had the artichokes, crudo, and Coq au Vin with a bottle of rosé bubbles – each dish was well-prepared and full of flavor. The artichokes were a nice start with a tasty aioli, the crudo was fresh and bright , and the Coq au Vin was cozy and delicious. We finished with the crème brûlée for dessert, which was the perfect ending – creamy with that satisfying caramelized top. Everything was spot on. Definitely a place worth checking out for a relaxed yet memorable meal! We will definitely be back.

   I went there a year ago or so and it was great. This time the only thing that was good was the escargot. The bread was fine, the tuna has inedible, the linguine was alright, the crème brûlée tasted like pudding with sugar on top. We had 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 3 beers, and a dessert for $145. For the prices, I would have been happier going to Jim’s. Also, the menu options were limited. Another sign it was not going to be great was that there were only four other occupied tables when we got there at 7.

    To celebrate our wedding anniversary, my wife and I decided to dine at Restaurant Claudine for a taste of their new menu. The ambience was excellent and we were sat in a perfect corner table that allowed us to take in the view of the main dining area. We started with a drink each, a glass of wine for myself and for my expecting wife, a delightful mocktail mojito. My wife ordered the lavender linguine which she did enjoy minus the cherry heirlooms, but that’s because she’s just a picky eater. Otherwise it was one of better dinner entrees she’s had in long time. I myself ordered the Coq au vin that was delectable without being overwhelming rich. To complete our anniversary dinner, we chose the crème brûlée that was just the right amount of sweet. Portion sizes were paired with reasonable prices but the outcome of the dishes were outstanding. We are looking forward to our future dining experiences with Restaurant Claudine.
