Das Balthazar Spreeufer 2 ist moderne Metropolküche. Weltoffen, regional, hochwertig und unbeschwert - so lautet das hauseigene Balthazar Rezept. Im Nikolaiviertel direkt am Wasser gelegen, begeistert Chefkoch und Besitzer Holger Zurbrüggen nunmehr mit seiner zweiten Balthazar Location seine Gäste direkt in Berlins Mitte. Eine schlichte, edle Einrichtung und Atmosphäre laden ein, die diversen kreativen, teilweise ausgefallenen, internationalen Spezialitäten des Starkochs zu probieren. Natürlich lockt hier neben der Speisekarte auch die Location, die weg vom Trubel sogar schon etwas versteckt, perfekt für einen ruhigen kulinarischen Abend ist. Das Balthazar Spreeufer 2 ist ein Fest für den Gaumen und, dass hier auf höchste Qualität Wert gelegt wird, schmeckt man schon beim ersten Bissen. Fußläufig gut vom Alexanderplatz zu erreichen und nur wenige Minuten vom Roten Rathaus entfernt, ist das Balthazar eine kleine kulinarische Oase direkt an der Spree.
