A pesar de los comentarios, intentamos ir con la reserva de Open Table y efectivamente estaba cerrado el lugar. Muy mal por el restaurante pero también me sorprende que Open Table empiece a no evaluar los lugares que promociona.

No piedo evaluar algo que no ocurrió, ya que llegamos al recinto y estaba cerrado y no hubo función, de acuerdo con el guardia de seguridad y no tuvieron la delicadeza de avisarnos por ningún medio. Somos de otra ciudad y estábamos muy emocionados por ver el espectáculo. Gran forma de arruinar la noche del sábado, considerando que ya no podíamos comprar boletos para nada más tuvimos que irnos al hotel a ver mala TV. Gracias Reina Roja, por nada

Llegamos el lugar estaba cerrado. No avisaron, como es posible que un centro de consumo tenga abiertas las reservaciones cuando está cerrado.

Realice reservación para el sábado 15 de Junio y recibí confirmación! Al presentarme al restaurante me informaron que no habían abierto!! Quedé muy mal con mi familia y mi celebración!!!

NO ESTABA ABIERTO EL LUGAR!!! LLEGAMOS A LA HORA DE NUESTRA RESERVACIÓN Y NOS DIJERON QUE DARÍAN SERVICIO HASTA LAS 5 PM!! PÉSIMO QUE TENGAN LA OPCIÓN, PARA ESO ES ESTA PLATAFORMA PARA EVITAR ESTAS COSAS OPEN TABLE DEBERÍA PONER ATENCIÓN EN ESTE TIPO DE CASOS PUES EN UNA FECHA TAN SATURADA TE DEJAN SIN OPCIONES DE ÚLTIMO MOMENTO

El lugar no respetó mi reservación por medio de ustedes, de hecho el lugar me dijo que el horario que aparte en la plataforma no es su horario de servicio. No sé quién sea el que debe de corregir, pero la experiencia fue pésima en una fecha importante. Después de esto no sé cómo poder volver a confiar en open table
