   What a wonderful experience today at Reign. - The service was absolutely wonderful and we felt very pampered by our server (sorry, did not get his name but he recognized and greeted me as returning customer even though it's been a while since I've been here. - The food was delicious and portions were quite big which was a surprise and I hated to leave half my meal behind. - your setting is perfect for a special lunch. Very easy to talk without any distracting music or other noises. Thanks!

   I booked a table for a business dinner during the very busy annual PDAC gathering, which occupied every available hospitality space in the downtown core. Our table was an oasis of calm--it was a perfect evening. The food, always excellent and perfect wine pairing, was heightened by the best service I have yet enjoyed in the city. Attentive, knowledgeable and a cadence that matched the table, without hovering. Every aspect was just so. Reign has got the right recipe. I sincerely hope they keep to it.

   We are Reign regulars - love the food and the wine. Mohamed and team always deliver amazing service. Last night was disappointing. Food and wine were excellent as was Mohamed’s service but food coming out of the kitchen was terribly slow. Even the caesar salads. We hope it was just a one time staffing issue and will return in a couple of weeks.

   First time staying at Royal York & eating at Reign Restaurant. We shared a great cheese board, not anticipating how big it would be. And the Duck a L’Orange was so very good. For a special occasion, highly recommend this experience.

   It was way too dark in the lounge side of Reign. There are dimly lit lamps on the tables, but tables could use more adequate lighting. Music was a bit loud. Our server actually said. "Sorry, the music is too loud, I can't hear you," when we were placing our orders.

    Victoria was our waitress and she was exceptional. She was friendly, asked lots of questions about us and made us feel right at home. The service was spectacular and the food was to die for! We would highly recommend! Ask for Victoria!
