   We had a great time in the dining room. We had a much better experience this time due to our server as well as the quality of the food. The beef cheek is very tender. The Cornish hen is tender and flavourful.

   Waiter was flustered to have our table assigned to him last minute. Had to wait for our table even though the table was empty and place was not to capacity. Very disappointing given the prices of drinks and meal. Food tasted great and dishes were beautiful. Definitely not worth the expense. Sorry but don’t see myself going back.

   Great food and service. Ava, our waitress, was exceptional in the service provided. She’s very knowledgeable and always on top of our dining experience. Would definitely go again!

   We are NEVER disappointed when we visit Reign. Love the atmosphere, food is outstanding, wine selection is stellar, and the staff is friendly, never stuffy.

   The set course was great, but the steak and fries were not tasty. The meat was rough and too much sauce was drenched on it. It was shocking that the steak would taste so terrible in such an expensive restaurant.

   Our New Year's Day dinner at Reign was outstanding! Half a dozen oysters to start, nice and fresh with freshly shave horseradish and two sauces; entrees consisted of lobster linguine, perfectly cooked al dente, braised beef cheeks that were melt in your mouth tender, Cornish hen and duck a l'orange, cooked medium. Everything tasted delicious (we like to share!) and the presentations were first class. Entree plates were nice and warm, the sigh of a top-notch venue. Services was very professional, charming and impeccable. We felt very well taken care of, in an authentic way. Place was not full, but we weren't looking for a high-energy place after NYE. It was very enjoyable and just the dinner we were looking forward to kick off 2025. Also the decor around the hotel was simply stunning, well done Royal York! We will definitely be back, and not just on special occasions. Merci!

   This was our second experience with breakfast at Reign. The first was not the best, but today was very different. The food, service and seating were all excellent. The food was delivered to the table quickly and our server was attentive to our needs and quite apologetic when there was no tomato juice available. We're happy that we decided to try breakfast at Reign again!

    Michael, the manager, made the day for us as we were one hour late and he made it worthwhile for us. Pleasant experience.
