Always a great evening out at Region. Food and service were excellent. We were celebrating our son’s 28th birthday and had a lovely experience-apps, mains and dessert were all well done and tasty, and drinks were well made as well. This is not a cheap night out, but it delivers value for the price.

I can only give 2 stars for this visit. We checked in 15 minutes ahead of our reservation time and stated we would sit at the bar to wait. 15 minutes after our reservation time we checked and they had no record of us checking in. We waited another 5 minutes for our table. Our server was slow to great us. She was pleasant but not very attentive throughout our meal. When making our reservation weeks ago it stated we were celebrating a birthday. It was mentioned at check in and with the person who sat us, who said that she would pass it on to our server. Not once did our server acknowledge the birthday. At the end of our meal she asked if we cared for dessert. It was then we stated we were celebrating a birthday. She reluctantly asked if we would like a birthday truffle or a dessert menu. We will say for the times we have been there previously we have never received such poor service and communication. One the other hand the food was outstanding. The steak cooked to perfection and the sea bass melted in your mouth. If we return I hope to receive better service!

Once again, perfect everything. Attentive and informative service as always, this time with Brandy. Chef Dave dazzles with his specials as usual. Had a great anniversary experience. Highly recommend that you treat yourself if you haven’t yet. Best restaurant in the northwest suburbs.

Hats of to Joe the Manager. Last evening we took 2 guests out for dinner. He was made aware of one of the entrees for the 4 of us was incorrect. When notified he made certain all measures would be taken to rectify the error. Additionally, he oversaw the evening which ended perfectly. He was kind, understanding and action was taken as only an expert could do. Thank you Region! We dine with you frequently and never had an issue in the past. We can’t speak more highly for the Region as well as your Management Team.
