Enjoyed the ambiance, food, and happy hour drinks immensely. The staff was attentive and friendly. Thanks to everyone for the great experience and especially to the bartenders Kim, Sarah, and Rachel, who made us feel warmly welcomed with their smiles. Craving burgers, we both ordered cheeseburgers from the bar menu that came with a pile of smartly seasoned french fries. The beef was flavorful and cooked exactly to order. The bun was soft and fresh, like it had just been made. The venue is modern and chic with great lighting throughout. We look forward to a return and ordering more adventurous selections from the dinner menu.

This was our first visit to Regent. The food was delicious and the service top notch. Looking forward to dining there again and hoping for an expanded menu with some seasonal additions.

SERVICE: JESSICA BEST SERVER AND KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT ALL MENU ITEMS! JOSE THE MANAGER, SIMPLY THE BEST AND VERY ACCOMODATING ! ITS A MUST TRY....ESPECIALLY RACING SEASON !!

The food was fantastic. One of the better meals I’ve had recently in Saratoga. Unique and well done dishes all around. It a beautiful space and very good service. Can’t wait to return.

The food was definitely in the French tradition. Lived in the Dordogne and make casoulet. The duck confit excellent. Cauliflower soup exceptional

Food was great, but I couldn’t hear my wife it’s such a loud restaurant and small. I’m sorry to say it’s not Long Fellows and I won’t be back

I guess I’ll begin at the beginning. When one gets an amazing reception at the door, it’s the first sign of pure hospitality. That happened. But also amazing food, cocktails and impeccable service throughout dinner happened. All this wrapped up in an environment second to none. Regent at Brookmere is special.

Service was excellent. Food was modern french style with some unusual but very tasty sauces. Restaurant was expensive but worth it. Portions. we're appropriately sized. The noise level was a little high for my tastes but within reason.
