   Loved the restaurant! Good location downtown. The service was outstanding. The food was excellent. It is expensive but it’s Vegas.

   When we are staying at the California Hotel, we always make the Redwood Steakhouse our go to restaurant. Sarita, the hostess always has a friendly greeting for us and Beatriz, our server keeps us entertained. The whole staff makes us feel like family!

   Whenever I come to Las Vegas and stay at the California, always have to plan one nice dinner here. Never disappoints.

   Our group had two fillet, NY strip and Prime Rib. All were prepared as ordered and flavorful. Our sides were Brussel sprouts, cream corn and baked potatoe. All were excellent. Service was good and the price was very reasonable.

   Their appetizers are all great. I usually order a salad or soup, and two appetizers, and end up sharing. The Miso Chilean Bass on a bed of bak Choy was so delicious and plentiful. Ended up wasting half because I split the warm spinach salad.
