   The burgers are absolutely delicious. As is the collard greens and fried chicken. The catfish was only one piece on a plate of black eyed peas. It should at least be 2 pieces to truly be filling and was also overly salted. Also could use a larger assortment of Virgin drinks. Music was excellent!!!!! Service was excellent and on point. From the greeter to the server.

   5 Words: This place is a vibe! I loved everything about this place; the ambiance, the staff, the music, the art work and the customers. Yes, the customers are part of the experience. It was made up of a diversity like I've never experienced and I've eaten at restaurants around the world. Not just ethnically but demographically, economically, gender; everything. And it was such a harmonious feeling to be amongst such variety and everyone is vibing and having a good time. I guess I should talk about the food. It's good, don't get me wrong. We ordered a variety of dishes so we could just try a few things. 4 out of 5 I'd order again. But the food was really good. The chicken was the best and the ceviche was a different spin on it but I liked it and will order it again. Oh and I have to mention the drinks. I don't drink alcohol but they have a great variety of virgin drinks that are both interesting and delicious. We did the Sunday Brunch upstairs and the jazz was a perfect backdrop to what was happening in is place. After our meal we sat at the bar to continue enjoying the music and got into a great conversation with other customers from 3-4 different backgrounds and it was just like we'd found a common thread and were able just enjoy each others company on another level. I'm telling you, this place is a vibe. I highly recommend you go and experience it for yourself.

   This is a celebrity chef restaurant scam. The food does not live up to the quality of the chef that owns the restaurant. We had burnt fried chicken that was luke warm, cold crab cakes for appetizer, and the drinks were nothing special and overpriced. Don't bother wasting your money here when you can get better fried chicken and waffles at a KFC.

   We had a great meal at Red Rooster. It was a Friday night and the place was lively, the food and service was wonderful and the music so great. The people are so nice there.
