Since it opening in 2006, Red Pony Restaurant has impressed guests by staying true to a mission focused on cuisine and service.
Chef owned and operated, Red Pony changes its menu about six times a year with the intention of keeping ingredients the season’s freshest and the variety of dishes dynamic.
While a great deal of the menu pays homage to the Sophisticated Southern foods Chef Jason McConnell grew up on, you will also see a reflection of his travels, that drive his creativity.
It is our belief that food is something to be celebrated. We also believe that experience is a huge part of dining. Whether it be enjoying a crafted cocktail at one of our bars or enjoying dinner at the table, we want each guest to be seamlessly guided through their time at Red Pony Restaurant.

Great place to go eat, not the best steak I’ve had, seemed more like tourist food. Service was good. Food was cold by the time I finished , plates weren’t pre warmed .

Our first visit and it was great. Hats off to our server Jon, as he was top notch. The food was delicious but pricey ($95 per person for NYE). While it was pricey, the food was incredible. Red Pony Restaurant needs to hang on to Jon as he made our visit 5 stars.

We started at the bar with a pre-dinner drink and the bartender and hostess were the absolute best! Moving to a table our server Jesus was excellent knowing the menu and did a great job with a vintage wine/cork to make our dinner and wine combo perfect! Great food and staff!!!

Everything was perfect from start to finish! Service was above and beyond! I cannot say enough about our server, Rocky. He was so kind, knowledgeable about the menu, attentive, and informative. The restaurant was beautiful with a cool ambiance. The food was divine. This was the perfect dining experience!! We will definitely be back!

Just dined at Red Pony last night, and it was awesome. It was a little loud, but we were seated close to the bar, and my hearing is a problem wherever we go, so it wasn't unusual. Our server was super attentive, very knowledgeable, and exceedingly polite. I've got to say something about the hog belly Brussels appetizer. It was the most wonderful menu item ever! We will be back often if for no other reason but that. So good!

We went to Red Pony on a girl’s trip and found the food incredibly flavorful - some of the best we have ever had. Our server was not only handsome, but perfectly attentive and friendly. The ambiance was beautifully dark, mysterious and quiet. We highly recommend and will be back!

An atmospheric restaurant with superb cocktail bar and a selection of skillfully prepared well match ingredients. All served by a young but obviously well trained staff. Flavours and pairings we're off the scale. Short Rib of Buffalo was truly amazing. Thank you to all of the team for giving us top service. A memory we will carry back with us to Scotland. Hoping to return.
