We were sat 45 minutes AFTER our reservation time. People that arrived after us were sat and had their meal on the table BEFORE us. When confronted, all they would state is that they were short staffed. I pointed out that there were people in 4 person tables that showed up after us that we could have sat at. There manager gave no reasoning. Once they said there was an open table for us, IT WAS A TABLE THAT HADN'T HAD A CUSTOMER IN IT FOR 20 MINUTES! The wait staff and cooks were great but this store is grossly mismanaged. I do not recommend this restaurant!

Mark is the best server I’ve experienced in Topeka; we’ve had him a couple times. Give him a raise!

Red Lobster DOES NOT take reservations and they state that, but they tell you they put you on a "wait list" and will seat you as soon as they can according to this list. Plan on this as non-existing when you arrive. It took us nearly 40 minutes to be seated after arriving. We had our name on the wait list from a day prior and upon arrival the hostess originally said we weren't on there and spent 5 minutes trying to find us. After finally locating our names, we were then told 30-40 minute wait. We noticed there were several empty tables throughout the restaurant. Thinking maybe they were short staffed, we see three to five personnel hovering around the front or strolling by the talking with other staff during our entire wait. Bottom line: Plan your time better here or you're going to be waiting a LONG TIME!!! Not happy about this at all. Very poor job by management.

There was quite a long wait, but to be expected at dinner time on a Friday evening. The waitress was wonderful and food was really good. I would go back again.

Our experience at Red Lobster for dinner was very good. Restaurant was clean, staff was excellent and the food was very good. Our waitress was a wonderful person. Very friendly and very attentive to our wants and needs. Can't wait to go again!
