   The lobster ultimate feast was wonderful. 2 skewers of shrimp, 1 skewer of scallops and a lobster tail plus rice and broccoli. Even though it was packed because of Valentine’s Day we were seated within 20 minutes because we had reservations. Those coming without had over an hour wait.

   We made our dinner reservation through OpenTable and were seated immediately upon arrival. Our server met us at the table and introduced herself and ran through the updated menu and gave us time to decide. Everything was prompt but not rushed, meals were the right temperature and served as requested, drinks were never empty nor did we need to ask for refills. It was a very pleasant experience especially on Valentine’s Day. Thank you Red Lobster, we will see you again soon.

   Hostess had no idea of Open Table priority seating. We waited about 35 minutes for a table. There were others waiting who gave up and left. Our dinners were good however my wife ordered a Filet with her lobster and was served a sirloin. I ordered a baked potato and received rice and no effort to bring me a potato. Waiter told us the Manager was going to give us a discount. All they did was discount the filet to the sirloin price plus $2! They must be very short staffed as less than half of the tables were occupied.

   Not sure if they were short staffed, but our service was slow and clunky! It took forever to even get our drink order, and after waiting longer for our food to arrive, our waitress started to bring certain entrees at a time instead of just bringing out our complete order! Plus we were never offered any refills. She tried but our experience last night wasn’t good at all.

   Everything was fine with good service, a lot of menu selections and quality of food. The only slightly negative comment was that the crab legs were very soft and difficult to crack.

   My husband left his cell phone on the table and our server Shelia ran outside and found us in our car just leaving and gave it to us. We were so grateful for her kindness in doing this. Nothing else even matters when someone goes out of their way to do "the right thing". What a great experience. She saved us such a hassle. Thank you Sheila and Red Lobster Surprise, AZ. You are the best.

    Service was terrible didn’t return to do drinks. Large table that got there way after us got food first. We had open table yet still waited a full 30 minutes to be seated. Overall waste of money and time
