Red Lobster is our favorite date night dining. Our server was extremely pleasant and on point. It was a quiet evening therefore we were able to have private conversation without feeling heard by others. We surely will be back. Ty Sandra and Gerry.

The food and service were exceptionally good. It was our first time going to Red Lobster for Christmas and I’m sure it’ll be an annual event now.

When we arrived they didn’t have our “online” reservation written down. We had a child with us too which actually made 5 of us (my mistake not to have included her). We were crammed into a booth which was tight seating for 4 and looking around at other booths there were only 2 sitting in them. They accommodated us and got us a table to seat us very comfortably.

Really disappointed about the poor service we received. We had ordered a gin and tonic it took roughly a half hour before it was served . When we tasted it it was clearly gin and soda water. We asked our server and she said she would check with the bar staff and sure enough we were told they had run out of tonic water and they thought it would be acceptable to replace it with soda water. Would have appreciated being asked instead of assuming. We sent it back luckily at no charge and asked for a beer instead . We were there at least 50 minutes before we got a drink and it was served with our starter. The fork we were provided had really bent tines and asked if we could have it replaced. Luckily one of the starters we had did not require a fork and we at least were able to eat it while it was still hot. We asked the server 3 times for a for and it was when we made a bit of a sarcastic remark before she brought to us that was when the main course arrived. The food was outstanding as always but the server needs a lesson in good customer service. I could expect delays when a place is busy but it was very quiet and no excuse for the poor service. The worst part is they expect a tip which you feel obliged to give. Perhaps North America should reconsider its tipping practice and do away with it completely especially when service is inadequate.

Good Friday meal...we expected a wait...booked online...we are bigger guys and they put us in a booth...we couldn't breathe...hostesses should pay more attention when giving tables...

Next time I want a really good seafood meal...I'll take the $200 and go to a seafood shop.. spend all my money and go home and cook it.. the lobster was very overcooked
