   It was my daughters 18th birthday and the managers took her on a tour of the kitchen. Which was great for her to see how a restaurant kitchen works since she is going into culinary arts when she graduates. The staff and food was great.

   Service was very slow and made our group feel forgotten. The restaurant was almost empty, too. I would only go back if they run a big special or something. Not worth the price.

   It’s Christmas and one of the only restaurants open so it was very busy. The staff did an excellent job through all the crazy business. The Hostess was working so hard and she was so personable and efficient. She was literally running around to make sure everyone was accommodated. Our server was the sweetest, kindest person. She did a great job! And the food and drinks were delicious. It was a wonderful dinner.

   We were told corporate would not allow for limits to reservations... on Christmas. So, when we arrived for a booking it really didn't seem to matter. After waiting a half our over our booking for a table, our waiter was completely set up to fail. It was another half hour before waters got to our table. There was no support for our clearly slammed waiter, he was so nice, but just not available. The steak and lobster was sent back because the lobster was undercooked the steak looked like a joke. My flounder was great and the shrimp was good. Soup was cold, and a variety of other things. It was all so clearly just mismanagement from varies levels that set this restaurant up for providing a terrible experience for a small family Christmas meal.

   All you can eat shrimp for $27 pp with 7 different shrimp choices. Comes with warm cheesy rolls and a Veggie side (your choice). A pretty great value.
