   The service and restaurant was very nice but the value for the food was not. I got surf and turf and the main lobster was so small I doubt I got 2 oz of lobster and it’s lobster feast. The steak was good and size was what it should have been. The Walt’s shrimp was so small and over cooked. Potato was great and good side salad but had to pay for that. That used to come as a side. I will go back but choose less expensive menu items.

   The place was super noisy. I booked for 4 of us at 8:15Pm on Feb 14th. We reached 5min before our scheduled booking time. We waited for half an hour near the front counter and tried reaching restaurant staffs. No one attended us. After half an hour we decided to move out from that place. Very unprofessional staffs. I will never ever visit this Red Lobster branch. It was most pathetic experience We had in our life.

   When we arrived there was a large line which we expected because it was Christmas however the man that was hosting was very disorganized. It appeared he was seating people without reservations before those who had them. He would walk away and disappear. They were understaffed but our waiter was clearly hustling and trying his best. Our drink refills were incorrect. My son’s side orders were incorrect and most of our hush puppies were not cooked in the center. There was a person from a food delivery service standing there waiting for almost an hour until another guest flagged down the host and told him the man needs assistance. If a restaurant cannot staff or handle a holiday they should be closed like 95% of the other ones. We were very disappointed and probably won’t return.

   This restaurant was very quiet and clean. The service was very good. The food was hot and tasted great. No waiting seated now.

   Shrimp Trio and Twin Lobster Tail dinners were amazing! I have never had a bad meal at Red Lobster! My husband enjoyed his shrimp and the lobster was amazingly sweet! Great service, as well! We will look forward to our next visit!

    The lobster pizza was fishy and so was my trout! I don’t ever remember getting bad lobster pizza at Red Lobster before this visit.
