We had our anniversary dinner here today and the service was better than it has ever been. The food was perfect and we timed it right as to it not being during the busiest time. It could not have gone any better.

Our experience at Red Lobster in Pine Bluff was unexpectedly disappointing. First of all, we had made a "Priority Seating" reservation; however we waited about 30 minutes to be seated and were seated AFTER two parties who came in after we did. I had to ask the host (Curlee) if he had forgotten about us; his explanation was that the priority seating did not affect when we would be seated--we had to wait for our turn. He offered no explanation for why we were seated AFTER the two parties who came in well after we did--apparently they did not have to wait for their turn (however he was obviously friends with one party, as he talked with them for several minutes). Once we were seated, we waited a few minutes before our server came to the table. The restaurant did not have two of the beverage items we requested, and the red wine I ordered was served chilled (which is NOT my preference for red wine). The food, other than the biscuits, was mediocre. Also my husband ordered Crab Legs, and the restaurant did not provide any utensils with which to crack the crab claws (he asked if anything was available and was told "No.") Also there was no knife provided with the silver ware set up, only a fork. The food options in Pine Bluff are limited, but I can not recommend the Red Lobster.
