   The restaurant and bar look nicely done but the food, especially the lobster, was just ok. The lobster especially, was overcooked and a disappointment! Service was exceedingly well done, cheerful and served well.

   I made a reservation and we arrived 10 minutes early. The place was virtually empty but the hostess told us that the kitchen was on hold and she didn’t think she could seat us right away. My husband said there were no people there so why is the kitchen on hold? She then went to seat us but in the lounge. We said we didn’t want to be in the lounge so she took us into a back corner of the dining area right next to the door from the lounge and kitchen …we said we wanted to sit in the main dining room in one of the empty booths and she finally took us in there. Having gone through that, our waiter Johnny was wonderful and attentive and the food was ok…won’t be going back there…

   Great food! Great service by Jayson. Even though it was Valentines Day and super crowded. Great job Red Lobster!

   Lunch specials are a good deal. Tried the new lobster bisque. It was OK but still prefer the clam chowder. A nice addition to fish lunch special were the new hush puppies (2)

   Very Good entrees of maine lobster and 2 types of shrimp dishes. Ceaser salad had too much dressing. Service very good.

   Environment has completely eliminated the great old New England theme so great years ago. Had lobster which wad overcooked and my wife fish which was also overcooked. You expect a seafood place to know how to prepare dishes. Food was excellent years ago…but save your money. Lacks warmth and toooo expensive given the quality of food.

   We went on New Years Eve. Very few people so quiet. Our server, Tanesha, was excellent… personable, knowledgeable, efficient and humorous. The food was good, not notable. The hostess staff could use some training… no smiles, no happy new year, no interaction beyond ‘follow me’.

    This was better than expected. I had the salmon bowl, which was very fresh salmon, rice, salad, and brussels sprouts. I thought it was a great meal. The service was outstanding.
