Service was good even though it was crowded. Food was good cooked just right . Red lobster has returned to their roots of good quality meal at a fare price without the gimmicks .

Had reservation for 4:30. Arrived on time and was told we would have to wait for a table to become available as they were completely full. They seated all these walk-ins and no longer had tables for those with reservations. My husband is two weeks into recovery from open heart surgery and we were expecting to be seated when we arrived. It was very difficult for him to stand, waiting for a table. This was to be a special first outing and we were very disappointed. There were several other couples arriving around the same time and we were all told we had to wait. Evidently making a reservation at Red Lobster means nothing.
