   Staffing continues to be an issue in most service industries and this store is no exception. While the staff and the food were excellent, our reservation was pushed back and our food delayed due to "the kitchen being backed up". The excellent service and the great food made up for the delay. One of our favorites.

   Service was ok but the kitchen was behind significantly. It seems a group of 40 came in without a reservation which put the kitchen behind. Two hours total time from start to finish.

   Had a wonderful experience. Went on Christmas day around 5:00. Thought that they would be understaffed, bur they weren't. Server was friendly and efficient. Food quality was excellent and served in a timely manner. Hopefully, we can do this again next Christmas.

   My fiancée and I went to celebrate my birthday, and we had slow service for the restaurant being empty. Only one round of waters and a coke for us, no refills. No managers in sight. The food was cold too. Once given to us, it cooled off within seconds which only leads me to believe it had been sitting out for a while. It was not our servers fault but just poor service in general. Will not be returning to this location.

   The server seemed in a rush to get us done and out. The food itself was bland for how much we spent. Also we made a reservation and it seemed like an inconvenience do deal with us when we got there because they were busy.

   A very good dining experience at Red Lobster. Server, Andrew, was very good and checked-back several times to make sure everything was good.

    Everything was nice and hot, but the service could have been better. Tried two new drinks: a mango martini and their Bailey’s Irish coffee. The martini was good, great on the mango flavor with a spice touch that added an interesting twist. The coffee needed lots of sugar and the whipped cream it was pictured to have, so real coffee drinkers should be good with it.
