   Awesome atmosphere right from the start. Love that this restaurant appreciates the OpenTable application. Food was amazing and the service was warm and welcoming. Have not visited Red lobster in quite some time since being stationed in Virginia as a military service member.

   Reservations mean nothing at this restaurant. When you arrive with reservations they put your name at the bottom of the list we were called in order. Not sure why reservations are offered.

   We had a reservation at 8:30 waited about 15 minutes or so to be seated. When we got seated our waiter came over introduced himself and did let us know that the kitchen would be taking longer than normal as they were busier being Valentine’s Day. We were ok with that as we knew that it was a busy day. We placed our order for drinks and it took over 45 minutes for 2 drinks. When we finally got our food, steak was way too dry I ordered Filet Mignon and lobster tail, my boyfriend got NY strip and Lobster. I got a NY strip, which I didn’t order and it was very tough and chewy. I understand it was busy, but the food was not good at all. The only thing we enjoyed were the biscuits and the salads we ordered and the broccoli I ordered as a side. Service from our waiter was great, just the food was not.

   This experience was terrible they had ppl waiting from 6:15 reservations when got There at 7:30 for my 7:45 reservation . The food was terrible, the drinks were bad too

   To many reservations, people without reservations cutting in line ruined the entire evening. Did not even make it to the check in desk because there were far to many people and not enough employees working.

   Had reservations for 6:30 didn’t sit till 7:21 ordered our meal at 7:30ish waited 92 minutes only for the food to never come.. terrible experience 1/10

   Not ready for valentines Day. Seated 20 min after reservation time. 5 min wait for server. Ordered their highlighted special, seafood feast. Food arrives one and half hours after the order is taken. Free salad after an hour and 20 minutes wait for food. Slow refills and plate removals. Waited 20 min after the server acknowledged to bring check. Total time 3 Hours. At our request, the manager waived the charges. Our whole room was having the same experience.

   Had a Reservation for 530 pm entered the restaurant at 525 pm and was meet by a large group of individuals trying to get a table. The restaurant was very obviously short staffed and seemed to not have any systems in place or even a manager present to solve problems as they arose. Seated 45 mins after our reservation. Ended up leaving at 705 pm without recieving our food. Server did not seem to care or have any desire to improve service. I was not even mad due to how sad it was that the service could have gotten this bad.

   The Huntsville Red Lobster was not prepared for the Valentine's Day rush. My wife and I had a 5:30 reservation, seated at 6:00, order taken at 6:10, and salad brought at 6:20. At 6:40, our waitress told us our food was up for preparation so it wouldn't be long. We left at 7:00 because our food was not out and we had live play tickets for a 7:30 show. We had to skip eating dinner on Valentine's Day.
