After making our reservation and having gotten a confirmation we arrived at the restaurant only to find out that it wasn't being honored. We were told that reservations were not being accepted and there would be a 25 minute wait to be seated. There were 7 other parties waiting to be seated so I think it would have been longer than 25 minutes. As we were leaving another couple left due to the long wait. We went to Texas Roadhouse and were seated within 10 minutes and had a great meal and great service. Were we disappointed with Red Lobster?...absolutely! \Will we come back...that remains to be seen... We have been loyal customers of Red Lobster for many years but this was a big disappointment and one that we won't forget the next time we decide to dine out. Blaming Covid can't be the answer to all your problems. We've heard it way too often as an excuse for it to be taken as a reasonable answer.

Do not go here. When we got to the restaurant they told us they do not partner with Open Table. The app told us we were on a priority list, but the hostess said there was no such thing. It was 5:30 when we arrived and the wait was one hour, but no one was there. They don't have enough staff to run the kitchen. Regardless, why is this location even on Open Table if they are not a partner! Ended up going to Applebees and got seated right away
