   I had a reservation for 8:00 arrive on time was in line at 7:57 approached front desk at 7:59 waited 20 mins to be seated had to ask for silverware didn’t come to get empty plates and didn’t receive appetizer I ordered at I’m thinking ok I have a reservation no wait no issues but clearly that wasn’t the case.

   My waitress sienna was absolutely amazing i was celebrating my mom's 70th birthday sienna was very attentive had a humble spirit about her she kept a smile on her face she went above and beyond to make sure we were ok and made sure everything with our meal was good. We need more people like her in the restaurant business. My mom was very happy and enjoyed her day.

   The wrong food was brought to our table 3 times. One entree of crab legs was served still frozen. One entree was received at the very end of dinner after the rest of the party had already finished eating. All meals were brought out 1 by 1 with the kids macaroni which should have been very easy almost last. The server was nice but the hosts seemed very confused and very passive aggressive.

   Our server was fabulous! She was very friendly and professional. Our food came out piping hot. She checked on us frequently. Our food was delicious. We all had the salmon. The only downfall of the whole experience was that we were sat in the bar section and the music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other. I asked for it to be turned down, and the manager came out and did turn it down. However, after about 15 min it was back up again.

   The restaurant was pretty empty, but we still had issues getting food and our orders got messed up. We were told our server was new. She didn't clear any of our plates, the table was packed.

   I don't understand while I had made the reservation ahead of time.. the seat still not ready when we got there, and we waited for a while . We are a family of 5. With three adults , a 4+ kids and a 16 months. We just need four chairs and a high chair , there's plenty of empty seating. I don't understand why we can be seated in booth and add in a high chair or eat us at another seating area...weird. Normally, I would tip 20% at least when I dine in. This time, I just less that normally i do. I wish the server didn't give me an attitude when I'm asking for the second take out box. I won't be coming back again. I was planning to bring my parents here but this would be the last time I visited here.

   This was my first time at this location and my worst Red Lobster experience ever. When we first came in, several smiling employees greeted us and we thought it would be great, but it was all downhill from there. Our OpenTable reservation clearly requested “a table (not a booth), in the quietest area”. First, we were shown to a booth. When I said we requested a table, she said “you did?”... So we went back to the entry and sat while they looked for a table for us. I asked the host?/manager? if the request showed up in our reservation. He said he didn’t know because he never looked. So, he checked, and it was there.... We were seated in an area that wasn’t bad at first, then a large party was seated next to us and the young child came in holding his tablet with the volume cranked up and no headphones, playing a very loud and annoying wheel of fortune type game. So, during the rest of our meal, we were forced to listen to that crap. Every time he spun the wheel, which was a LOT, it sounded like we were at a roulette wheel in a Vegas casino. And it constantly made a whole lot of other annoying sounds! Our appetizer had a hair in it. The replacement arrived after our entree. Fried shrimp were cold. Didn’t receive tartar or cocktail sauce for our shrimp platter. Ran out of water halfway through the meal. Waitress was no where to be seen for a long time. I finally went up to the host stand with my glass and asked the manager if someone could bring me water. She said yes, but 5-10 minutes later, I was still waiting. I went back and asked another employee who could get me some water and she referred me to my waitress. I said if she was doing her job, I wouldn’t be up here asking for it myself for the second time. So, I asked another person and she said she would bring me some. Eventually, the waitress showed up with another glass. Special occasion wasn’t acknowledged. We had a 6pm reservation and it was nearly 7:40 before we got done!
