   Everyone with a reservation had to wait at least an hour and a half. Walk-ins were taken before people with reservations. Your reservation system needs to be reevaluated, or don't triple book reservation slots. Terrible experience, and I will not be returning anytime soon.

   The Alfredo dish, which was chicken and shrimp lacked any flavor. It did not taste like Alfredo rather flour and water paste. No cheese was visible or salt. The biscuits were fine. The clam chowder was pretty good and the stuffed seafood mushrooms were good. The shrimp scampi contain shrimp that were overcooked helping for a better experience in the future if we return.

   We were seated immediately. Our waitress was very pleasant, attentive, and accommodating. Our food came out quickly and was very good.

   This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had at Red Lobster! First- they did not honor our reservations made through Open Table! In fact, they literally forgot to even put my name down while I was in front of them! I had to wait almost 40 minutes just to be seated, but they sat people who came in after us. Second- they brought out the wrong food to our table, twice! Third- they gave us plastic ware to eat with, we were literally trying to eat our dinner with the same plastic utensil’s McDonald’s uses! And she said she would bring us silverware in a moment, but she never did. Fourth- most of the time we had no drinks refilled, our waitress was MIA. Which the restaurant wasn’t even busy, so I don’t know what she was doing. Fifth- my meal finally shows up, over 45 minutes later, and my fish was COLD! I couldn’t believe it!!! 45 minutes I had waited, and she brings me disgusting COLD fish! It was like they didn’t finish thawing it, before trying to cook it! I will NOT go back there again! This place was a mess, all the way around. And we weren’t the only customers unhappy. Every table I seen people were complaining and leaving. Don’t waste your time, or money at this restaurant.

   The restaurant was half full and my waitress had 2 tables which included mine and she seemed very overwhelmed and confused about everything. She kept “forgetting” to get silverware, drinks, the check, the to-go box. She was a nice person but just struggled a lot with the basics.

    The biscuits were cold every time I sent them back then I finally asked the waiter are they microwaving them and he said yes!! We waited an hour for our food and it was wrong 😩
