   the reservation was made for 7:30 and we didn’t seat til 8:30 on valentine’s day. other than that it was great but a reservation should have minimal time waiting for a table

   Both the food and service were great and appreciated by all in our party. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience, and I would absolutely recommend giving Red Lobster - Charleston (Cross Terrace Blvd.) a try, if you haven't already. Although the wait time varies and can get quite long at times, particularly on weekends, mid-afternoon seems an ideal time to avoid crowds. We arrived at 3 pm, hoping that there would be little wait time since it was in between the lunch and dinner rush, and were seated right away, so that worked out very well!

   They seated us as soon as they could. This app turned a 90 minute wait into a 20 minute wait. Good job

   Grace, our waitress was wonderful. Crab stuffed shrimp Rangoon was excellent. For a chain restaurant it seems to always do well.

   The food was good but the wait was terrible. We called ahead only to be told once we got there that they were not doing call ahead seating this weekend then they wrote our name down wrong so when they called our name we actually thought they were calling someone else so they marked us down as a walk away. I made a reservation through open table shortly after we arrived but they still did not check us in under the correct name. Maybe they thought it was a different party.

    New Years Eve- the food and service were great, but we had to wait 45 mins to be seated with plenty of tables available. We used the Open Table app but it didn’t help us get seated any faster.
