   Red lobster is a restaurant that charges prices like a top tier restaurant. It was 170$ for my date and I. But the service, food and atmosphere they provide is that of ponderosa or Applebees. The servers are mediocre at best. The decor and lighting and spacing are not up to 40$ per plate standards. And honestly the food is just ok. They messed up our order in more than one way and we waited for over an hour for it. It’s just not up to the standard of what you pay. I’m pretty much done with any of these chain restaurants. They’ve gone way downhill

   Our food was really good, but the service was disappointing. The server never checked back. Never brought refills or offered dessert.

   Service was very slow. My son didn't even get the fries he ordered until he was done eating and my husband got rice instead of the potato he ordered. Wa also had to ask for another water and appetizer plate as there were 4 of us, not 3, but our waitress didn't even notice.

   I feel it’s as good value for seafood plus it’s hard to find a good spot for seafood in the canton area. There’s a couple of very good servers at RL but we also had some very poor ones too. We do ask to be sat with our favorite servers. I recommend doing the same.

   My son turned 23 yesterday and red lobster was his choice for dinner. Lauren was our waitress and she was phenomenal for a table of five and a kid. Awesome atmosphere!! Thank you!

   Food was mediocre. I ordered shrimp and bay scallops and wasn't really impressed with the taste. For a seafood restaurant, the seafood should be delicious and I felt that it wasn't. Also, the waiter really upset my daughter with his words in regards to the food she ordered. I don't feel that it was intentional, but waiters/waitresses should realize that everyone has different preferences when it comes to food and negative/joking comments aren't necessary.

   The Brussels sprouts were fantastic The mashed potatoes were cold and the seafood delightful. The best part was the service it outclassed the restaurant
