   The food was terrible. The shrimp was mush. The salmon was very fishy like it was frozen thawed and then sat past it’s expiration. The biscuits, which are my favorite, were not cooked and doughy. Very disappointed to spend $100 on dinner. We did tell the waitress she didn’t even offer to take anything off. First time EVER I didn’t clean my plate. That’s not normal for me!

   Messed up my order and then took over 30 minutes to bring the right one back. During the 30 min, my server never came by once. To their credit, they comped the meal, but by that time my family had already gotten and eaten their food. Big disappointment.

   After using OpenTable seating, we were able to get in within a few minutes of arrival. The service was great. The food was wonderful. We will visit Red Lobster again in the future.

   The Open Table experience was terrible, in fact the worst I have ever had. I was aware that it was not a “reservation” as what is usually normal, but sitting there for almost an hour late from my time slot and watching several people be seated that came in after us was not right. After talking to the male (black) host a couple of times we finally were seated. He was very argumentative and lacked in customer relation skills. I am not sure we will ever be back?
