   Upon arrival I was first told I don’t have reservation. Then the confused host said you’ll have to talk to my manager I can’t say. Manager comes and tells me they don’t do reservations. I showed my reservation from open table she says yes that’s just like a waiting list. However it’s not even that bc it didn’t place us before the people that walked in when we did. As we didn’t “join the waiting list” while waiting to talk to the manager about reservation that doesn’t exist. I guess it’s just for decoration.

   Red lobster decided on valentines to allow all walk ins to be seated and anyone with a reservation was denied due to the over welding amount of walk ins they accepted. I spent money on my nails hair alfit and took time off from work to be there on time! We had to go home because valentines is the most popular holiday to go out to eat and be wines and dined there was nowhere to eat because it was a sold out holiday!! We went home yall on valentines hungry upset and uneasy!! Do not book a reservation here on Valentine’s Day

   The service was not as good as it used to be (pre-Covid). Maybe they are still training new staff?

   Food was brought to us in shifts. Waitress was sitting on the floor of the restaurant chatting woth fellow servers more than she was helping us. Food was not good.

   The service was great me and my date got comments when we first walked in. It was are prom night and we chose red lobster cause the food be good and hot.

   The mashed potatoes and shrimp saved this review. We had a great time, especially considering we didn't have to wait in line
