   Food and service were great. The establishment itself looks very outdated inside, hideous ceiling tile and dirt ridden carpet for an overall dark and musty feel. Can use upgrade. For that reason alone was not pleasant to eat there.

   Great experience! “Reservations” were convenient considering it was Valentine’s Day on a Friday evening. Made 2 special requests and they accompanied both requests. Thanks Red Lobster for a great Valentine’s Date night!

   We used door dash to order. Our lobster was missing and I had to drive all the way back for it and was not even offered it for free or a gift card for the inconvenience I spent over $120 to pick up and order and it was wrong.

   The whole reservation process is useless. Don’t waste your time in making a reservation. We had one at 6:30pm and we weren’t seated until 7:40pm.

   I don’t know why this “priority seating” option is even available. They didn’t check me in until I got there and I still waited my turn. I didn’t skip the line at all. I do t be using the Open Table option for priority seating again.
