   I don’t know where to begin. Overall the experience was not good, for a premium steak house the quality of the cuts of meat were terrible, I ordered the 6oz filet, which was not a filet but something entirely different, I had trouble cutting through it with the steak knife, and was so chewy to the point I had to return if back to the kitchen. The 14 oz NY Strip was not much better but we managed to eat half of it before pushing it away. There are way more better options for a good steak, just avoid this place.

   The restaurant is permanently closed - could not call or verify my reservation and had to find another place to take my wife for Valentine’s Day

   Admittedly it was a holiday Friday evening. With that said, there were large gaps in service, with the end of our meal (dinner plates cleared) including no contact from the waiter for over 20 minutes. We were going to have dessert, and elected not to after the long wait. I ordered filet mignon, medium, it was blood red center.

   They were closed. We were on a tight schedule and had to rush to find somewhere else to eat. They need to update their OpenTable offerings.

   Steak was rare when I asked for medium well. They microwaved my steak to cook it longer. Not worth the cost for the quality.

   I was unaware they had a special buffet for Thanksgiving when I made the reservations on open table. I am not from the area so I chose this restaurant based on the reviews. We all agreed we liked the shrimp cocktail, the raw oysters and the stuffed mushrooms. However the salmon and turkey both were overcooked and all of the other sides were just ok (except for the rice which was undercooked). The service was good and it seemed like a lovely place to take my family. We made the best for it but for the money I could not recommend this place.

   First bad experience here. Has gone downhill or just a bad night? Service was poor. Went on a Saturday night, not busy at all to start. We ordered oysters, they were out. Someone ordered salmon, they were out. Someone ordered the stuffed chicken, they came back 30 minutes later stating they ran out. The excuse was that the chef was new and didn’t order enough? We ordered apps and dinner. It took forever for food to come out. When my steak came out, my asparagus side never came. My friend ordered his steak rare, it definitely was not. There was never any apologies, there was never any concern for all the mishaps. Other quality restaurants would have comped something for all the issues. I don’t see this restaurant as a go-to place anymore which is sad because they use to be a great place. For a meal more than $350 for 4 people, the overall experience was poor.

    Overall the food was good, we ordered the porterhouse for 2, ribeye, & salmon. The only thing that was lack luster was the service. Our waiter left without saying anything and we were waiting for the check for about 30 minutes. Finally another waiter noticed we were waiting to leave and helped cash us out.
