   I came across a pop-up event for this restaurant and thought it would be a fun experience to bring my friends to. Our reservation was at 1:30, and we arrived on time. We weren’t sure what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the show for the 15 minutes it lasted. Unfortunately, our wait at the hostess stand lasted much longer than the show and by the time we were seated, that was it. We were hoping for more, only to be told there were no additional performances. We were told, around 2:30, that the bottomless drinks would still be available until 3. As we went to get a final round, the drinks were removed by staff and a member of our party was unable to pour theirs. This occurred at 2:45. On top of that, I noticed fruit flies on the bread at the buffet and mentioned it to the servers, but they didn’t seem to take it seriously. Overall, while the concept of the pop-up had a lot of potential, it was disappointing that the experience didn’t fully live up to what we had hoped for.

   This restaurant brought me so much joy last night. I have had a hard time getting into the Christmas spirit this year, but after one evening at this Winter wonderland and I totally am feeling the Christmas spirit. The food is wonderful, the ambiance is amazing, and I think the best part of my evening was that beautiful kitty cat that greeted me when I sat down. Thank you for such a wonderful evening 🎄🎅🐈

   What a wonderful festive brunch. The Santa was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant. Food, staff were perfect.

   My boyfriend and I came for their Holiday Miracle experience and it was nothing short of incredible. Our server was very knowledgeable and truly cares about her customers. Johnny the general manager should get sooo many kudos as he is simply the best - all around. The food was absolutely to die for and the Christmas decorations were the cherry on top for us! Highly recommend ☺️

   The hostess was rude, which was unfortunate because she was our first impression of the restaurant. Besides that, we really enjoyed the Christmas decorations, festive drinks and the food was delicious. Just wish we had a better start to the evening.

   Spinach dip was soggy and flavorless. Empanadas were barely filled with “chicken parm” and dry. Chicken sandwich had bland. The mahi tacos were so salty I could barely eat 1 out of the 3. The French dip had no flavor. The service was ok but given the built in 20% on our table of 4 you would hope for better service. For example, our entrees came out while our table was still covered in app plates and empty glasses which were sitting there for 15 mins. We had to flag down our waiter for another round of drinks, then the host told us our time was up (2 hour limit) meanwhile our waiter hadn’t come back with our check yet. There were empty tables around us and no one was waiting to sit. That was a lack luster ending. The Christmas lights and decor are lovely and it stops there. Bummer.

    My mom, grandma, & I were looking forward to a christmas theme happy hour & this did not disappoint! They had a bunch of christmas themed drinks - so many ingredients made it hard to choose but they were pretty good, mostly fun & one came in a dinosaur glass which was cool! The food was delish - started with the brussel sprouts (my fav - perfectly crispy with an amazing sauce), ribs, & mahi tacos; all from happy hour menu. We then got the polenta & shrimp gnocchi for entree. Also yum. The decor was super cute & festive. Service was great - shoutout to our super attentive server Chris!!
