The Ratskeller is a historic cellar restaurant that sees itself as a provider of upscale Bavarian cuisine. The restaurant consists of four different concepts: the main restaurant, the Franconian-Baden wine tavern, Jean-Claude´s Bistro and the Royal Dolores Bar & Pub.     Zentrale Lage und sehr gut organisiert. Preise teils sehr hoch und Geräuschpegel hoch da immer gut frequentiert. Dennoch keine Massenabfeetigung.

    It’s a beautiful restaurant and it carries a lot of history. It was the first place we dined 22 years ago and we had to go back this trip. It didn’t disappoint.

    Die Reservation hat perfekt funktioniert. Der Tisch der uns zugeteilt wurde war super. Der Service vom Kellner war sehr schlecht, eine Person bekam das Essen mit der Beilage der zweiten Person, die zweite Person bekam das Essen 20 Minuten !!!! später mit der Beilage der ersten Person. Der Kellner redete sich heraus, er habe das Essen in der Küche richtig bestellt! Er bot uns dann einen Schnaps an, uns war es aber etwas verleidet und wir verliessen das Lokal dann ziemlich schnell. So etwas geht gar nicht, dass die erste Person mit dem Essen fertig war als das zweite Essen kam. Wir werden das Lokal nicht mehr besuchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Schade. Heinz Inauen

    Der erste Kontakt, den wir hatten, war nicht so freundlich. Das hat unsere Bedienung aber wieder sehr gut ausgeglichen. Das Essen war gut, aber doch etwas teuer. Wir hatten dieses Mal einen Tisch, der für 6 Personen doch etwas klein war, dafür war die Geräuschkulisse nicht so groß. Man konnte sich gut unterhalten.
