Immersed in the rolling hills and truffle-scented air of Northern Italy, he discovered the secrets of timeless Italian cuisine. This Valentine’s Day, he invites you to let your love story unfold over a four-course journey that celebrates the harmonious fusion of Peruvian soul and Italian passion. Details of the evening's menu are coming together and will be shared soon! We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance. The seating time for this experience is two hours, and all tables that evening must order this experience, our à la carte menu is not available.

    Beautiful restaurant, it was perfect for the special occasion we were celebrating. The food was incredible and gorgeous. Our server was fantastic and flawlessly accommodated a number of allergies at the table. I would go back tomorrow to try the few things our table did not end up ordering. Will absolutely be recommending to anyone looking for a special place for dinner/ drinks. A big Thank You to the entire team.

    I have eaten at Rafael’s on 4 occasions. Each one has been a most satisfying experience. Everything I have eaten has been exquisitely prepared and presented. The servers are always knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. And the little delicacies given at the beginning end of each meal are a lovely touch. Rafael’s is a gem in Ottawa.

    One of our favour spots to eat in Ottawa. Service amazing with knowledgeable and friendly yet professional service. Such a cold night that we elected not to sit near the windows as it was chilly there. Server very responsive to helping us move. The server helped us in portion decisions so he sure to ask for help. Every dish was amazing BUT the Maui Maui was beyond incredible!!! BEYOND! WOW!!! WE WILL BE BACK SOON!

    Incredible!! It was our second visit and once again did not disappoint! Our waitress was absolutely wonderful - probably one of the best levels of service we’ve received! The food is to die for and the drinks are so unique!

    We had an exceptional night. The service, food, drinks and ambiance were outstanding. Each plate was super flavourful. We shared everything we ordered between the four of us - highly recommend this approach. Beautiful details in the restaurant: tables spaced apart nicely, low table lamps to facilitate reading the menu without obstructing view of companions, low music that provided privacy for conversation. The kitchen and front of house make an excellent team. We were very well taken care of. This is the perfect destination for a special occasion.

    We had a great meal on New Year's eve. The place was busy, probably moreso than normal, and louder, but the food was great and the servers were doing their best to keep up with the chaos. We fully intend to go back at a quieter time so we can really get a good sense of the place.

    10/10. Perfect for date night. My fav spot in Ottawa right now. Tonight the service was exceptional and can’t wait to go back. Love that they have non alcoholic options and the dessert is elevated and delicious. Just fun!
