Service started GREAT! Starter came out prompt. Entrees were prompt. Beef wellington was fantastic, Shrimp and Lobster pasta not so much. Very spicy and small proportion, 5 bites and it was gone. Shrimp were huge but completely covered the pasta. Server knew we wanted desserts, however, took 20 min to come back to get that order. Ordered dessert for the table and dessert to go. The to-go came out first. Waited another 15min for dine-in dessert to arrive. Sticky pudding was ok, apple blackberry crumble tasted like chunky apple sauce mixed with blackberries and small peices of chunked sugar. Luke warm at best. We were there for almost 2 hours arriving at 743pm and leaving at 935pm.

The Beef Wellington was delicious but the dish was warm rather than hot. We sat too close to the back door of the restraunt and were cold due to the draft. This was the most expensive dinner for two my wife and I have had in Naperville, largely due to the premium price on alcohol.

Loved the food. I have been wanting to try the beef wellington and scallops. They were fantastic! The only thing I did not like, was I was seated by the back of the restaurant and the revolving door made it very cold every time it was opened. If seated in the middle of the restaurant it would have been better.

Review of Ramsay’s Kitchen – Naperville From start to finish, our experience at Ramsay’s Kitchen in Naperville was nothing short of exceptional. The food, the atmosphere, and the service all exceeded expectations. We started with the Parker rolls, harvest salad, and bone broth—each appetizer was delicious in its own way. The Parker rolls were warm and fluffy, the harvest salad was fresh and well-balanced, and the bone broth was rich and flavorful. For our main courses, we ordered two beef Wellingtons, a fish and chips, and the RK burger. Every dish was cooked to perfection. The beef Wellington, a true Ramsay classic, was beautifully executed with tender beef, flaky pastry, and a flavorful duxelles. The fish and chips were crispy and light, and the RK burger was juicy and full of flavor. We finished off our meal with a decadent sticky toffee pudding that was apparently Chef Ramsays mom's recipe. The kitchen’s attention to detail was evident in every bite. The chefs and cooks at Ramsay’s Kitchen are clearly talented, and it shows in the quality of their dishes. If you’re looking for a high-end yet welcoming dining experience, Ramsay’s Kitchen in Naperville is a must-visit. We can’t wait to return!

I'm a very hard working Mexican female business owner and was given a table at the end of the restaurant in the back which was very cold and we were alone. Nobody was back there but husband and I. It felt very racist because of my brown skin. I had to complain to my husband and we were reseated. I was very upset because there was several open tables in the middle of the restaurant but they placed us Mexican in the back by ourselves. Finally they moved us because my husband said something about the cold area we we're placed next to crying, screaming babies. Yes, a bad experience. Thank God the server was good if not I would have walked out without ordering anything.

By far the best food and service we have ever received. The staff was amazing, extremely attentive and always made sure we were taken care of. The food was some of the best I have ever had. You can taste the quality of the food as you eat it. I would give it 100 stars if I could.

Hostess was not pleasant at all. First time dining and probably will not go back. For the price food wasn’t that good. The best thing was the toffee pudding for dessert.

Our server was wonderful. Can’t say enough positive things about him. I was disappointed by the quality of food. Morton’s or Gibson’s Steakhouses are a far better caliber food. The decor was nothing to look at. RPM or anyplace downtown Chicago for that matter, would’ve been a much more pleasurable experience. Easier on the wallet as well. Naperville continues to cater to people with fat wallets and no culinary taste buds. Should one not wish to travel into the city, there’s always Oakbrook. Just about any place there, is miles above Ramsay’s.

We sat in the back near the revolving door. It was freezing. The staff brought out 2 space heaters but the revolving door wasn't closing correctly and there was a continuous draft unless I or the waitress manually closed it. In addition the service was surprisingly slow.
