   Food was lovely. We were there for New Year’s Eve which meant a prix fixe menu which was expensive. I missed tablecloths, flowers on the table, candles…but the most aggravating issue was that the lights turned on very brightly just as dessert was served … we were the last seating and felt as though we were being asked to leave!

   Took over 20 mins to seat us despite reservation. With 2 under age kids we were just standing around. Every5 mins I would check in and staff kept saying ‘still cleaning your table’ in 20 mins I could have assembled the table! Service was slow. Got an order mixed up and wrong. Caesar Salad was mediocre at best. Beef wellington was excellent. Winelist was generic and likely designed by their distributor probably Southern Wines as it was very similar to Mr Chow’s from. The night before. They had no Sommlier which was strange. The Sous Chef came out. She was nice and professional. Took 20 mins for my daughters drink, waiter was telling us how many bottles he needed to open for other tables before he could get her drink not so professional. We spent $2k last night. The wine was in line with others in Vegas. The food was overrated. The demographic of other diners were more beer and cocktail drinkers/ one time special occasion people. I’ve eaten at Maze NY, Peteus in Belgravia and Gordon’s first restaurant Claridges all of which were outstanding with great winelists. My daughter who is a huge fan of Ramsay was very disappointed. She still wants to eat in the new. Chelsea restaurant which is a 10 mins walk for us from my home in London. I wouldn’t consider myself an expert but my first job at 17 (back in 1990) was selling Alba Truffles to the top chefs i. london (Roux bros, Mossiman, koffman, Rhodes, Lesnik, Hix and of course Marco Pierre. One if the benefits was always hanging around kitchens and getting free food. So you could say, I know alot more than most about good food. I’m also cursed that i’m difficult to please. Maybe i’ll bump into Gordon on my next factory visit at Maranello and he’ll get me a reservation at his new Chelsea restaurant for my daughter 😂

   Very nice restaurant, with a high standard of food and service. Expensive but that's ok for a special occasion

   Food was fantastic the beef Wellington did not fail. We did the chef experience and got complimentary champagne and the chef came out to greet us. Overall solid spot for dinner!

   Only complaint is the amount of cigarette smoke from the casino. Otherwise the experience was great. All the food was delicious.

   Overall, my experience was great. Staff and services was top notch. The New Year meal was a 4.course meal. I chose appetize crab cake, perfect prepared and very tasty. Main dish salmon with carrot puree and kale. The salmon was cooked perfectly, since I am not a liver of carrot and kale I will not speak on them. I chose mac and cheese as my side dish. The portion is large enough to share and I felt that it was bland No favor to speak of. Dessert Eton Mess -(canberries, pomegranate molasses, orange, lemon curd, chantilly cream, pistachio, and baked meringue.) Very good.

   We had a great meal here. The servers were very attentive, the food delicious. We chose the 3 course dinner and it was amazing! Would recommend this restaurant.

   Jeff was an absolutely fantastic server who didn’t miss a single detail. The food was excellent and much larger portions than expected for the price. 100% recommend

    We went for dinner last night to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. Zack was our waiter and explained the menu thoroughly and was extremely friendly and attentive throughout the night. We opted for the 5 course tasting menu and we were not disappointed. Everything came out delicious and in a timely fashion. The cocktails were also very good. Overall a great night. Would highly recommend.
