   We enjoyed our meal but were rushed out at the end - I’d booked for 11am until 1pm and was asked to leave just after 12. This was disappointing as it was special occasion and we had to go elsewhere afterwards.

   Always great experience at Rail House. Something for everyone’s tastes. Very accommodating for babies in high chairs, space for prams etc

   Me and my three daughters had an incredible time here following our show at Hamilton. The customers service was excellent; the gentlemen in the grey suit who met us at the door and showed us our table was amazing! We accidentally forgot our backpack and he brought it up the road for us! Wonderful food, drinks and atmosphere, you couldn’t ask for more.

   Already thinking about when can I return!!! Exceptional service from the minute I walked in the door. The sweet corn fritters were the best I’ve ever had. 5 stars all the way!!! Highly recommended!!

   I've always been a big fan of Rail House Cafe, visiting around 10 times since it opened. The service today was not great, I often felt like we were left for long periods where nobody checked on us leaving us unable to order anything else. We ordered chicken burgers with 2 portions of chips and a glass of wine. The burgers came really quickly, too quickly - I wondered if they'd made a mistake and taken someone else's order. They became before the wine which was annoying and with only one portion of chips. We then really struggled to get anyone to bring a) the wine b) the second portion of chips and c) any ketchup/mayo. I've had the chicken burger lots of times before but today it was very hard and over done, it felt like it had been microwaved, potentially the reason for the speed. Overall not a great experience which is a shame.
