The food is overall very good. It's expensive, but the ingredients are high quality and the dishes are well thought out. My only negative comment would be the service. The service staff was kind, but not what you'd expect from a 350$ dinner for 2. Felt like I was getting rushed the whole time, granted, they were been very busy on valentines day, but still. They picked up my plate and the shared dish before my partner had even finished his food. Not ideal. Overall, I was satisfied with the meal, the portions were generous and the food well seasoned. I'm not sure if I would go back because in my opinion, its a little bit too expensive for what you get, but I'm glad I tried it, and I'd say its worth trying out.

The chefs tasting menu was exceptional. Just way beyond our expectations. Having been here for happy hours only and always enjoying our meal, the chefs menu was just more than we had expected. But, to hopefully not hype it up too much and disappoint anyone, just have moderate to no expectations and you won’t be disappointed lol. Cheers! We will for sure be back for the chefs tasting menu, 1 item only was something from the main menu, otherwise you get try try items not on the menu. We had 4 starters (tuna, broccoli, salad and another leafy dish), 1 pasta (lamb), 1 protein (steak and risotto) and tiramisu. Chefs kiss.

We wanted to try Raccolto as it is another of the Grand Harvest family of restaurants and we enjoyed dining at others. The dining room has high ceilings and is bright although it was also a little noisy. It was challenging at times to hear my dinner companion across a two-seater, and the fairly close spacing of the seats added to the ambient noise. We really loved the Burrata appetizer - a generous portion with agrodolce to add some sweet-tart notes. We both had pasta for our main, a orichette with a pistachio pesto, and agnoloti with a spicy cream sauce. The texture of the pasta was very nice, toothsome and fresh. For dessert we tried the panna cotta, which was just right. We also enjoyed their cocktails and wine selection.

This is an excellent restaurant in the "high-end" category. Food quality is great and very attentive service. They do dinner only, with a small menu, also with a good selection of wine. It's a bit pricey but with the high quality to match it. We had 2 appetizers, 2 entree, a bottle of wine, plus a bottle of sparkling water, total in the high-$200 range, in which also included a 22% tip (they added into the bill for you). Overall, it's an excellent choice in the West Seattle area if you have a fancy dinner. We'll most likely return for another celebratory dinner.

Our latest visit to Raccallto was outstanding. Everything we had was just about perfect. Started with the roasted brussell sprouts and beet salad and both were excellent. The bread service was great, too, with a foccacia that had a crust on it like I've never had before -- in a very good way! We were almost stuffed after the first course! The pastas were incredibly well done. There was a mushroom agnolotti that was simply amazing. One of the best pastas I've had in years. We also had the tonnarelli and cavatelli, too. The tonnarelli was also stand-out. For proteins, we had the scallop and the pork belly. Both were cooked perfectly. I'm typically cautious about pork belly because it can come across as fatty, but this dish was rendered perfectly. Raccollto remains one of the best places to dine in West Seattle. My last visit was just so-so and it was the only time I had a less than a stellar visit. I provided feedback, and clearly they listen well, because they definitely NAILED every single dish. It was delightful.

Great food. Server was good and attentive, but there seemed to be an insufficient number of servers, so we had to wait a few times. Minor issue with an otherwise excellent meal.
