   This place is so cute. Love the note sending thing and all the staff and so fun and friendly.

   The place is lovely and the food is great. We were sat right by the door so every time anyone came in we got a blast of cold air and people almost knocking things off our table. I asked to move but was told no. I booked and had planned to have food and a couple of bottles of wine but we were asked to leave after 1.5 hours, whilst we were still eating and drinking as there was another booking! I must have missed this when booking that there was a time limit. The waiter was apologetic and accommodating and put a table up for us outside but we didn't really appreciate being kicked out, we would have had more wine and spent more otherwise.

   Some of the tables (upstairs) are very close together. Otherwise a great experience and would come again.

   A Hidden Gem – Quill Bar I recently had the pleasure of visiting Quill Bar, and I can confidently say it’s a must-visit for anyone in the area. The atmosphere is chic and inviting, blending modern design with a cozy, intimate vibe. Whether you're looking for a quiet spot to unwind or a lively place to catch up with friends, Quill Bar strikes the perfect balance. The cocktail menu is impressive, if you're unsure about what to order, they’re happy to recommend something based on your preferences. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and really makes you feel welcome, adding to the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to Quill Bar for more delicious drinks and great vibes. Highly recommended for anyone who loves a quality bar experience!

   Very nice new bar, small plates were fine (hummus, broccoli, chips, cheeseboards), interesting cocktails and a decently priced wine list. Nice service, quirky layout, worth a return visit

   Had such a good girls night at quill! The service is fantastic and we took part in a secret notes event which was so fun and engaging. The food is great - highlights were the chaat fries and chicken! Highly reccomend quill and will be back soon!

   Theo is the best waiter, attentive but not pushy and brilliantly friendly and knowledgeable. Don't sit downstairs, the air freshener is so overpowering and ruins the wine. Upstairs is great. The only thing that wasn't good was one of the toilets was in a really bad state, they really should check it more regularly. Kudos to Theo.

   We had a 5.30 booking and we arrived a little early. At 6.15 we were told that we only had half an hour left at the table. The bill was brought at 6.45 and we paid and felt obliged to leave. We informed a member of staff that we thought we should at least have been able to keep the table till 7pm as per the booking. We left and, as a local,went to a bar we know and love, and will not return to Quill. Such a shame.

   Hi Sonya Thank you for visiting us and your feedback is very valuable to me. Being a very busy bar in central London, we allow each table (up to 4 people) 90 minutes for their booking which is stated on the booking form on both Open Table and through our website. We do our absolute best to allow people the longest time possible on our tables but often we are fully booked which means we can only give the pre stated allotted time. I was working this evening and I just went back to check your booking and your party left the table at 7:09 which then delayed the next table being able to be seated, the reason we drop the bill 15 minutes before the end of your booking is to try ensure a smooth transition. I do hope you will join us again in the future Thank you so much Jake General Manager

    Very nice wine bar situated close to Borough Market. Excellent selection of wines by the glass and good food options. The chips were huge - one to share! Service was good, however we were reminded on multiple occasions (upon greeting and 3 times during dining!) that we needed to return our table by 7pm, which meant our experience felt rushed.
