The Queens Head at Kettlesing near Harrogate is a traditional Yorkshire Dales inn serving delicious home cooked food and well kept real ales.

We're a pub that serves great honest, great tasting food, done well!

With an enviable reputation for superb home cooked, traditional British food, the Queens Head is a popular venue lunchtimes and evenings.

Everything we do is home cooked by our dedicated kitchen team using quality local ingredients, wherever possible.

From sandwiches and light salads to hearty home made steak pie with Old Peculier, to our famous mixed grill (not for the feint hearted) and mouth watering desserts.

We're also well known for our succulent steaks. Tasty locally grown vegetables accompany our meals.

    Overall a pleasant evening. Good food and excellent quick and friendly service. For us the only negative was the close proximity of the tables. Luckily we didn't have anyone on one of the tables next to us, but if we had have, we would have felt uncomfortable! Could do with losing one of the 2 seater tables in the window?

    We always come back to Queens head Inn on our visits to Harrogate and have visited many times over the years. Louise and her team never let us down, they are always welcoming, the service is fantastic and food excellent. All this coupled with great value for money, we would throughly recommend a visit

    Excellent service. The food was amazing. Two of us were vegetarian and the food options were good. Two were vegan, their selection was very limited. One of the vegans did not order any food as the options available were a curry or pizza, neither of which they liked. They had to order bread with balsamic oil. I felt very disappointed at this as I had chosen the restaurant and felt I had let my guest down.

    I have been coming to the Queen's Head for 25 years. Always good! Staff, food and the ambiance are great. The fish pie and lamb rump are my favorites. Louise and Glen are lovely hosts
