This Miami Art Week, Queen Omakase will present an exclusive, multi-sensory dining experience: the “4 Hands Omakase Collaboration.” For three nights only—December 5th, 6th, and 7th, guests are invited to Queen’s intimate omakase hideaway, where Michelin-starred Chef Freddy Money—Culinary Director of Atlas in Atlanta, GA—will join forces with Queen’s own Chef Max Kamakura to present an artful, multi-course tasting journey that transcends traditional omakase. With two seatings each night at 6:30 PM & 9:30 PM, tickets are priced at $395 per person. This collaboration pairs two culinary masters, blending global flavors, techniques, and rare ingredients. The three-night event merges cuisine and art, capturing the spirit of Art Basel.

Join us for an Omakase Cooking Class at Queen Miami Beach! Inspired by our chef’s decade in Miami and the city’s booming Japanese gastronomy scene, these classes are crafted to teach you sushi-making skills and enhance your appreciation for this exquisite cuisine. In our elegant Omakase Room, guests will enjoy sushi-making in a lively happy-hour atmosphere. Chef Kamakura will greet you, share his culinary journey, and guide you through the class, all while you enjoy champagne. Our menu is designed for easy home replication. In the class, you'll prepare six sushi rolls, including traditional makis, and master key techniques like rice handling, and blending professional skills with family traditions.

Queen Omakase, the pinnacle of Japanese fine dining, will offer a 14-course tasting menu crafted by Chef Kamakura, blending traditional artistry with modern innovation.
