   When being seated the hosted broke some glassware and we moved tables and then were not given a drink menu for nearly 10 minutes. Server was not checking in on us and drinks were empty for extended periods of time. I was also brought the wrong drink which then made me wait even longer for the right one. I noted on the reservation that I was celebrating a birthday which the original hostess acknowledged but for dessert had no candle despite seeing several other tables with birthday candles that night. Just felt like we were not getting attention like several other tables which after having glass shattered everywhere was a bit surprising.

   Very pleased with the food Service and decor Will be back This is the second Quality restaurants I’ve tried and looking forward to trying another We were 2 couples and we all had something different and we all enjoyed our dining experience

   We had an amazing dinner at Quality Italian and will be back! The service was incredible and R.J.,the General Manager, made multiple stops by our table to make sure we were enjoying ourselves! Splurge on the burnt marshmallow gelato for dessert - it is worth every calorie!

   Great vibe and energy - although you can barely hear yourself. Food is GREAT, service excellent, although do expect to wait to be seated.

    I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had! The food was exceptional, and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend trying the Italian sausage and pepper appetizer – it’s a delightful start to the meal. We also enjoyed the pasta special with filet mignon bolognese, Paccheri Amateiciana and they were delicious! We were initially unsure if the gelato would live up to the rest of the meal, but it truly exceeded my expectations – it was absolutely wonderful! I would definitely go back and relive this lovely dining experience.
