   Book a reservation for me and my boyfriend at 8:30 then got there at nine and had to wait an hour for our table and when we got sat it wasn’t even at a nice table. It was at one of the high top bar and we waited about 35 minutes for even a server to come by with menus or anything. I would definitely not recommend this place for the weekend or anything special like that if you’re just trying to have a date night. not very well organized.

   Lilly was an excellent server she made her way around to make sure our table was good several times. For my first time there she made the experience extremely enjoyable and I would come back just for her. :)

   Some of the worst service or lack there of I’ve ever had. We were seated in a back table and our server rarely came by to the point we had to help ourselves at the bar and then the bar closed earlier than expected and the games ended earlier as well when we had only been notified that the place was closing early that same day. It’s a shame because it used to be a great venue for large groups but I don’t see myself going back

   It was just so bad. We went to play Dartsee, which was okay. Not at all as good as Flight Club in terms of accuracy and quality. We were given 3 different darts, all different weights. When asked for a consistent set, we were scoffed at. The server didn't give us instructions on how to operate the system, so when the system kept missing hits or recording incorrectly, we figured out on our own how to correct it. You can tell that the dartboard isn't maintained, so of course, it isn't working correctly. The food was horrible...the queso that comes with the pretzels was hard...the pretzels could bounce off it...gross. When asked for a beer at the bar, we were told we had to go find our server who was M.I.A....the bartender refused to serve us and have it added to our tab or let our server know, so we had to search the entire place, which is huge, to find her...and instead of ordering said beer, we just got our check. It was such a waste of time and money. The place was empty for the most part, which is crazy for a weekend brunch in Fulton Market. Understandably why after our visit. Will never go back.

   We had a fun time, but I would definitely have appreciated more explanation around how games are booked and how service operates. I had a table booked, but we weren’t aware that we’d need to close our tab out before leaving the table to play games. There is no server in the bowling area, and our table server let us know that we needed to close out and order from the bar, which is way across the floor from the bowling area. This system proves to be difficult on busy nights like this one. We paid over $200 for an hour of bowling, and our game was stalled by probably 20min to get one round of drinks. There was also a private party that limited our access to games, which would have been nice to be made aware of upon booking.

   We arrived at 11am. They were just opening. The ambiance was really nice. We enjoyed our meal and our server was very attentive. Trevor who works in the area where you get your bowling shoes was very nice. It was a perfect. This place has a lot of activities. We bowled. Next time we go we plan on doing more.

    Server was attentive, provided excellent service. His name is Marcus. The host that seat you were funny and personable. The only negative were the racist customers who felt we didn’t belong there. Unfortunately you can’t control them. Good place, I’ll be back.
