   The food is fantastic but the service was awful. Our waiter began the meal by pouring our water from a used jug from a prior guests table instead of giving us a new, clean one. He was untimely with taking orders and we had to flag him down numerous times to retrieve our check. This was made worse because the check was incorrect the first time he came over and we had to retrieve him to modify it which delayed finishing up further, and then when I finally put my card down it took him another five minutes to return to the table to collect it so we could pay and leave. I would ordinarily give service the benefit of the doubt, but this wasn't a particularly busy night and I clocked him hanging out rather than working so it was not due to him being preoccupied with other customers. Food is delicious but expensive and based on the service I would recommend other places instead.

   Took a customer and our team to Puesto!! They loved the TACO's (even the Vegetarian Mushroom). I had the Lobster/Filet Mignon/ Carnitas = Awesome! Great Place for friends and business.

   Decent place but seems commercialized. I tried enchiladas with mole sauce which was decent. Very good guacamole.

   Food and service was very good but it’s not a cheap place. Four people was 200$ for dinner and one drink each.

   We've eaten here a few times, and so far have not been disappointed. The service and bar tenders are great. Will definitely be back.

   Overall our experience was enjoyable enough to return. Variety of menu and execution of dishes was on point. Improvement is needed with hostesses. You are first line of contact to the public and the start of the Puesto experience. Kick up the welcome and customer service.

   Friday nights are always tough on restaurants, but even given that I wasn’t impressed. This was for a special occasion and my son and I both love Mexican food. So we were excited! The let down started with the cold and uninterested host table staff with 4 of them manning it and yet no follow up after we had let them know we arrived on time. They didn’t let us know the table was being cleaned until I asked around 5 minutes later. Water was quickly served but our waiter took forever to come and get us started. He was nice enough but the service was underwhelming to the point of non existent. I’m a vegetarian and was excited about the verduras tacos. The blue corn tortillas had an omelette sized chunk of extremely salty cheese and that’s all I could taste as the remainder was 2-3 pieces of boiled squash and a wilted squash blossom lazily dumped on top. The meat tacos ordered by my family also had the same amount of cheese. It was overpowering!! The potato taquitos were fried unevenly and so they were raw in some places. After I told the waiter about my tacos he kindly offered to take them off our check and then just gave us the check. He didn’t even ask if we wanted dessert. We were in and out in less than an hour. Needless to say I’m never going back.

    Service today was great, Chelsea was very kind . The restaurant was exceptionally dark and I needed to use the flashlight on my phone multiple times. The food was all great , however, they were out of multiple things , particularly beverages. This wasn’t our best visit but the food was good which is most important.
