   Parker & Sonny, the entertainment for the night, were great! We’d go back to hear them in spite of the cold French fries and wet fried okra we were served.

   Locating the restaurant using Google Maps was challenging due to street closures. The app kept directing us in a continuous loop. We called the restaurant for help and were advised to input the 4th Street parking garage into our GPS. The restaurant is located directly across the street from the garage. Following those directions, we were able to find the restaurant without any further issues.

   It was a great night, food and ambience was awesome. Meals were delicious and you can’t beat the price for the value.

   The service was good but slow. It was busy though and the bar was backed up. They were out of many of our favorite items including fried chicken. Bad timing I guess.

   We are locals and this wasn’t our first time at Pucketts altho we don’t go often - and tonight reminded me of WHY we don’t go often… The service was extremely slow (it took 15mins to put in our drink order and another 10mins to get the drinks - water/tea/sodas)… the place always seems crowded which is good on their marketing people because it is so extremely overrated. We ordered 2 apps and dinner for 6 people - 2 of those being kids that only ordered French fries - my point being nothing that we ordered was difficult - and it took almost an hour to get our food. Once we got it, it was mediocre at best. $154 for poor service, fried food that tasted gross - and the loud live music (which I typically love) was just annoying. When you have a choice for a good experience - DO NOT GO HERE. Yuck.

   We enjoyed our dinner and following morning breakfast. The band was perfect for our celebration. We love returning to pucketts any time we are in the area!

   We were able to sit on the patio and enjoy the beautiful fall evening eating shrimp and grits and catfish! The food was fantastic and service was great!!! The beer my husband had (Jackalooe Brown)was super and my blackberry manhatten was divine! We ended with the fried brownie sundae! Well worth the calories we didn’t need!! So crunchy and yummy!! Highly recommend Pucketts for a perfect evening in Franklin!

    Food and service were excellent! Live music was great! Gentleman was very talented. Highly recommend sharing “The Whole Farm” entree with someone. Sooo good!
